There - in the street stood a house…

There - in the street stood a house,
And steep stairs in the darkness of the carrier.
There's the door opened, clinking glass,
light ran, - and again I wandered the darkness.

There, in the twilight shone white door canopy
Under the guise of "Flowers", bolted.
There's buzz steps lost and disappeared
On the stairs - the light bulb yellow.

There, at the top of the window looked down,
Hung motionless curtain,
AND, like a wrinkled forehead, eaves
Grimace gave the wall - and the eyes…

There, in the twilight he trembled in the windows light,
And the singing, music and dancing.
On the street - no words, or no sound, –
Only glasses were lustres.

On the stairs of a gloomy courtyard
flickering shadow, and the lamp at dawn.
Suddenly the door opened, clinking glass,
light ran, and again wandered the darkness.
